March 2021

Just a few photos of my lastest projects. Making quilts will begin today.

We have had a few nice days so Hubby has had very successful fishing days. Here are a couple of photos of us fishing. Notice who fishes and who reads.

This is an Amish doll made from a panel. I just love it. So fun to make.

This picture shows two chair covers I made for a church friend. Look at the beautiful McCarty bowl she gifted to me. Oh swoon--the picture does not do it justice.

This is a happy I made for our pastor's daughter. I love to fill my Bibles with paperclip bookmarks. Hope to make someone happy with a few for themselves.

What does Hubby do on a rainy day during quarantine--why he tries out my longarm and quilts a "big ugly" quilt for his deer camp bed. You know when you quilt a "bit ugly" quilt, it takes on a brand new life of its own. We love quilts and that is the truth!

My dear brother has a blog PawPaw's Ponderings. I think this was his first post and it was published in the Mississippi Magazine March/April 2021. His writings are so heart warming.

Lastly, this is my Easter wreath. It has happy Spring colors. I enjoy making the wreaths. I just enjoy making crafts.

Now--it is time to go quilting!
